DESCRIPTION At **BEIGAR**, a consultancy specialized in building technical teams and a trusted partner for strategic projects, we are looking for a **Technological Project Manager – Platforms \& Infrastructure** to join a stable, long-term project directly with the client, in the field of **technology innovation, cybersecurity, and defense**. The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end management of platforms and infrastructure, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring timely project delivery, and applying best practices in security, quality, and continuous improvement. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure platform operations and full application lifecycle delivery. * Provide advisory support aligned with architects, technical leads, and Product Owners to guarantee timely and high-quality deliveries. * Support development planning and project backlog management. * Functional coordination and monitoring of teams involved in development and platforms. * Management of resources, efforts, risks, deliverables, and project milestones. * Support the generation of designs, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations, applying reference architectures. * Apply security, quality, and continuous improvement policies within their scope. ### **What We Offer:** * **Indefinite-term contract**, directly with the client. * A **stable, long-term project** with an assigned budget. * Participation in initiatives related to **technology innovation, cybersecurity, and defense**. * A professional environment featuring multidisciplinary, collaborative, and highly technical teams. * **Competitive remuneration with variable compensation based on merit and experience**. REQUIREMENTS ### **Minimum Requirements:** * Demonstrable experience in **technical leadership or technological project management roles** (platforms, infrastructure, cybersecurity). * Strong organizational, planning, risk and resource management, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to execute effectively within **complex organizations** and multidisciplinary teams. * Academic background in **Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, Mathematics, or related fields**; postgraduate studies (Master’s or PhD) are valued. * Knowledge of **cybersecurity regulations and best practices**. ### **Desirable:** * Experience in **projects funded by the European Commission** (H2020, FP7, EDF), NATO, or other national/international funding sources. * Orientation toward work in the field of **military cyber defense**.
