If you identify with our core values, we look forward to meeting you! www.telefonicatech.com**WHAT DO WE DO IN THE TEAM?** In the **endpoint protection** unit of Telefónica Cybersecurity \& Cloud Tech, we operate the various endpoint technologies under our management, securing our customers’ service environments and provisioning antivirus and EDR technologies. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?** Your mission—alongside your service colleagues—will be to address escalated service requests, produce reports, propose improvements, and resolve customer needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Monitoring the customer’s EDR environment * Automating workflows using an orchestrator * Developing automations in Python * Producing reports * Analyzing security threats * Automating procedures * Escalating cases to vendors * Analyzing current workflows and evolving them **AND FOR THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAD…** **Experience** * In security threats * In security infrastructures * In process automation * In orchestration **Education** Required: * Professional qualification Desirable: * Professional qualification in cybersecurity * Certifications in security solutions: Cortex XDR, CrowdStrike, Trend Micro, McAfee, CEH * Certifications in orchestration solutions (Xsoar \- PCSAE, FortiSoar, QRadar SOAR, Falcon Fusion, Phantom Splunk) **Technical Knowledge** * Python scripting * Process automation using SOAR tools * Palo Alto Cortex XDR, McAfee ePO, Trend Micro Apex One, Deep Security, CrowdStrike * Windows systems (valuable) * Linux systems (valuable) **The skills that would best fit this team and project are:** To join this team, we seek a candidate who is eager to learn, collaborative, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
