In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex ServiceNow ITOM solutions that drive operational excellence. * Analyze existing IT operations processes and infrastructure to identify optimization opportunities and design target ITOM architectures. * Design and implement comprehensive ITOM solutions, including discovery, event management, service mapping, and operational workflows. * Manage integrations within complex system environments. * Develop and maintain technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps. This is a permanent position with 100% remote work.
