Professional growth and technological development **Description:** ---------------- You will participate in strategic Asset-area projects for a major financial institution, with high business impact and direct interaction with key users. A senior, stable role offering real autonomy in decision-making. **Conditions** * Contract: Permanent * Work mode: 100% remote * Location: Madrid * Working hours: * Mon–Thu: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM * Fri: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Summer: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM * Salary: Based on professional experience. €40,000 – €44,000 gross per annum. **Your Responsibilities** * Manage delivery projects within the Asset area in a banking environment. * Coordinate relationships with business users and stakeholders. * Manage technology vendors from various companies. * Validate solution proposals, estimates, planning, and tracking. * Lead teams and ensure timely delivery and quality. **Mandatory Requirements** * 8+ years of project management experience in banking. * Direct experience working with business users, vendors, and stakeholders. * Expert functional knowledge of the Asset domain. * Experience validating solutions, planning, and estimating. * Team management experience. * Waterfall methodology. **Desirable** * Knowledge of complex banking architectures. * Experience with corporate project management tools. * Experience in large financial environments or integrator settings. **What We Offer?** * Competitive salary based on experience * Permanent contract or option for a self-employed contract * 22 working days of vacation * Flexible compensation plan: private health insurance, childcare vouchers, transportation vouchers * Training in Technology and Soft Skills * Referral program: €500 per recommended candidate who joins us **Digital Group** We are a team of over 100 technology professionals, delivering stable projects for leading national and international clients, developing solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc. We commit to supporting you throughout every project phase to ensure your professional growth alongside us—and that your contribution truly matters.
