LOCATION: Barcelona Work Mode: Hybrid in Barcelona—3 days onsite, 2 days remote **Job Requirements** -------------------------- **Project** We are seeking an external Project Manager to lead and coordinate a set of strategic projects, primarily in cybersecurity and some additional SAP-related initiatives. The role involves close interaction with senior management, assuming operational leadership of the projects and collaborating closely with the CIO to provide structure, governance, and control over the portfolio of initiatives. **Responsibilities** * Lead, coordinate, and drive multiple cybersecurity and SAP projects. * Define and establish processes, methodology, and governance frameworks for projects. * Plan and monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and priorities. * Manage internal teams and coordinate with external vendors. * Serve as the primary liaison between Systems Management, project teams, and third parties. * Prepare and share progress reports, dashboards, and executive reporting. * Bring order, structure, and visibility to projects, integrating positively into the team. **What We Expect From You** * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Project Management roles. * Experience managing technical projects, especially in IT systems or digital transformation environments. * Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and general understanding of SAP environments. * Strong orientation toward governance, processes, planning, and project control. * Ability to coordinate both technical and non-technical teams. * Highly interpersonal profile, with strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. * Organized, methodical, and structured mindset. * Team-oriented attitude. * Basic English proficiency What to Expect When Joining Our Team? * Work in a stable, diverse project environment supporting your professional growth * Permanent contract * Competitive salary * Flexible working hours And… enthusiasm for continuous learning!
