This position requires a strong combination of **technical vision, product orientation, and strategic capability**, within highly complex environments subject to rigorous regulatory requirements. ### **Responsibilities:** * Lead the **design, development, deployment, and implementation** of products and platforms targeting **defense and protection of critical infrastructure**. * Collaborate with **multidisciplinary teams** to analyze and define technical requirements that enhance **cyberdefense capabilities**. * Evaluate **market-available solutions and tools**, aiming to improve and innovate the portfolio from the perspectives of **architecture, performance, and functionality**. * Supervise and optimize the **performance of cyberdefense platforms**. * Implement innovative solutions integrating **situational awareness, monitoring, and risk analysis** for operations in and across cyberspace. * Ensure **compliance with applicable defense and cybersecurity regulations**. * Train **operational teams** on efficient use of developed tools. * Document **processes, configurations, and analyses** associated with cyberdefense products. * Deliver **product demonstrations to customers**, adapting the technical level of presentation to the audience REQUIREMENTS * Experience in **designing and implementing military-use solutions and systems**, preferably in **cyberdefense**. * Experience in **software product development** and working under **Agile methodologies**. * Ability to **synthesize and communicate technical information**, tailoring the message to the audience’s profile. * Advanced knowledge of **innovative software solution architecture**. * Experience in **product lifecycle management**. * **Business acumen and strategic orientation**. * Knowledge of the **defense sector**, both nationally and internationally. ### **Education** * Degree in **Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity**, or related fields. * Specialization or **cybersecurity certifications**, such as **CISSP, CEH, GIAC, or CISM**. * Advanced knowledge of **software development and microservice architectures**. * Training in **vulnerability and threat analysis in cyberspace**. * Knowledge of **security regulations**.
