If you are passionate about network security, master the **F5** ecosystem, and are motivated to work in multicloud environments and next-generation architectures, we want to meet you. **Your Mission** In this role, you will serve as the technical reference for network infrastructure and a key contributor to its maintenance and optimization: * **Level 3 Support:** Lead the resolution of complex incidents and technical requests escalated from operations, ensuring service continuity. * **Advanced F5 Management:** Administer and configure F5 platforms (APM, LTM, GTM, WAF), performing vulnerability analysis and proposing improvements. * **Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis:** Identify and manage incident resolution, implementing "workarounds" and analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence. * **Technical and Executive Reporting:** Prepare ad hoc reports on significant incidents, translating technical complexity into business-value insights for non-technical stakeholders. * **Security and Continuous Improvement:** Propose and implement security policies and improvement plans for the managed infrastructure (encryption, certificates, etc.). **WHAT WE OFFER?** * **Professional Challenge:** Management of critical infrastructures and cutting-edge networking and cybersecurity technologies. * **Real Work-Life Balance:** Flexible working model focused on objectives. * **100% Remote Model:** Full location flexibility within Spain (with very rare, exceptional onsite visits). * **Work Environment:** Integration into a highly skilled team with an open innovation culture. REQUIREMENTS * **F5 Specialization:** L3-level technical expertise in F5 technology (LTM, APM, GTM). * **Network Administration:** Solid experience managing routers and switches (Cisco, Juniper) and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP). * **Problem Solving:** Strong analytical capability for advanced troubleshooting of network and communications infrastructures. * **Documentation:** Ability to create technical procedures, standards manuals, and update knowledge databases. * **Communication:** Skills for direct client interaction and for delivering periodic activity reports. **Desirable Requirements (a plus for us):** * Advanced experience with **F5 WAF**. * Knowledge of **Cybersecurity** (vulnerability management and security policies). * Familiarity with **Cloud** environments (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and DDI management tools (Infoblox). * Knowledge of **Automation** (Python, Ansible, Terraform).
