At Eosol Group, we are looking for a **Site Manager** with at least 2 years of experience for an exciting project in the wind energy sector. What will you do on a daily basis? You will be the leader and driving force behind the supervision of our wind project and its substation. Your mission will be to ensure everything runs smoothly—from sunrise to sunset. You will oversee construction, so you’ll need eagle-eyed attention to detail to catch anything that might slip through the cracks! Your main responsibilities will include: * **Comprehensive on-site supervision** of all operations for the wind project. * **Team management** as a true leader—motivating team members and ensuring safe, efficient work practices. * **Strict control of timelines and budget**, treating them as if they were your own, to keep the project on track. * **Guaranteeing full compliance** with all safety and quality regulations. Safety first! * **Resolving any unforeseen issues** calmly and with creative solutions. * **Maintaining smooth communication** with all stakeholders: team members, suppliers, clients—you’ll be the central point of contact! * **Ensuring all grid and substation-related aspects** are in perfect condition and correctly integrated.
