




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the production process and personnel to ensure efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of production teams and processes. 2. Development and implementation of Lean methodologies. 3. Compliance with food safety and occupational health and safety regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Team-oriented, proactive, solution-driven, and team management capabilities. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in the sector as a shift supervisor or in a similar role. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate plant personnel and supervise the proper functioning of the entire production process and storage prior to dispatch, in accordance with quality, product, and customer requirements to meet daily order demands. * Plan and coordinate the entire workday across all sections to fulfill customer orders. * Supervise that all sections and the entire production process (including fruit intake and loading/dispatch operations) comply with assigned instructions and meet production, efficiency, and quality requirements. * Develop and standardize Lean methodology. * Comply with current food safety and occupational health and safety regulations. **CONDITIONS:** * Contract type: Permanent. * Salary: As per collective agreement + additional benefits. * Working hours: Morning and afternoon shifts.
