Your ideas and proposals will be a valuable contribution and always considered. * **Autonomy and trust:** From day one, we trust your abilities, delegating responsibilities and giving you autonomy to make key decisions, with continuous support from your managers. **What will be your mission as a Project Manager?** Reporting to the Construction Director, the **Project Manager** will be responsible for: * Planning and coordinating construction and/or renovation projects from conception to delivery. * Defining scope, schedules, budget, resources, and risks; developing project management plans for construction and/or renovations. * Coordinating multidisciplinary teams (architecture, engineering, procurement, contracting, safety, operations). * Managing contractors and subcontractors: selection, contracting, supervision, changes, and payments. * Supervising on-site execution: quality control, occupational safety, and compliance with regulations. * Monitoring milestones, deviations, generating reports, and presenting to stakeholders. * Managing project changes by analyzing their impacts on costs and schedules (change control). * Ensuring drawings, specifications, and required permits are adequate for store openings. * Optimizing costs and timelines using Lean Construction methodologies or similar approaches. * Guaranteeing integration of club branding and customer experience during execution. * Managing project documentation: contracts, purchase orders, minutes, certificates, as-built drawings, final project documentation. * Preparing and managing budgets, purchase orders, and payments to suppliers/contractors. * Coordinating performance tests, acceptance, and handover of the completed work. * Analyzing lessons learned for future projects and promoting continuous improvements. * Managing Renovation Projects. * Providing support in resolving technical issues for open clubs. * **What will help you succeed at Synergym?** * We are looking for an initiative-driven, problem-solving person capable of coordinating multiple tasks and teams.
