Within the Laboratory area of the Biopharma Division, we require a **Process Analytical Control Assistant.** **Role Mission** Ensure the quality and safety of products and manufacturing processes by precisely and rigorously performing microbiological, physicochemical and immunochemical tests. Ensure compliance with Grifols’ regulatory and quality standards through analytical control of raw materials, in-process products and water, maintaining data integrity, proper equipment functionality and laboratory activity traceability. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Performing microbiological tests (endotoxin determination and bioburden testing of water and product samples). * Performing physicochemical tests (protein determination by BIURET method; conductivity/nitrates/heavy metals/TOC in water samples; potentiometric titrations; UV spectrophotometer analysis…). * Performing immunochemical tests (electrophoresis, chromogenic assays and coagulation assays…). * Preparing reagents. * Performing preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment. * Reporting laboratory incidents. * Placing and receiving orders. **Who You Are** To successfully perform this role, a person must be able to carry out the responsibilities satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education and/or abilities required. Role adaptations may be made to enable individuals with functional diversity to perform the job tasks. * You hold a Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Analysis and Control or a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences.
