**Nurse needed for Christmas holidays 2025** **Job Objectives** * Ensure the provision of comprehensive nursing care, within the established Healthcare Model, to patients admitted/attended in the Service/Area to which the nurse is assigned, applying quality standards and within the scope of nursing competencies. * Guarantee proper patient care through effective implementation of procedures, care plans, and protocols designed for the Service. * Provide accurate and responsible information about the unit's operation to patients and their families. * Provide accurate and responsible information about nursing procedures being performed on the patient/family. * Collaborate with physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic tasks. * Streamline care delivery by avoiding unnecessary delays in nursing staff response, thus positively impacting waiting time reduction. **Functions** * Administer nursing care using standardized terminology (NANDA, NIC, NOC) tailored to each patient’s health condition, ensuring accurate identification and correction of actual diagnoses, promoting continuity of care. * Perform initial assessment of each patient following the service's care protocol guidelines. * Establish individualized care plans based on the initial assessment. * Strictly carry out all activities outlined in the care plan. * Record all nursing activities, incidents, and patient progress in the nursing register. * Conduct periodic evaluation of the established care plan. * Participate in service improvement activities (attendance at meetings, committees, etc…). * Ensure compliance with unit regulations regarding safety, patient care, and proper use of the environment. **Job Requirements:** Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Experience in nursing techniques and patient care Start in December
