To face this ambitious project, we are looking for a **MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR** for our central office in Malaga. **What will your mission be?** Lead and coordinate the Maintenance department, planning, coordinating and supervising facility management, preventive and corrective actions, including equipment, security systems, cleaning, maintenance and other related services in our clubs, ensuring compliance with the quality standards established by SG. With a clear results orientation and innovative, sustainable and cost-effective vision, you will ensure the achievement of objectives set out in the company's strategic plan. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities include?** * Coordinate and supervise daily operations, construction works and maintenance **reforms**, preventive and corrective, of sports facilities nationwide. * **Budget management.** * Efficiently assign tasks and resources, **coordinating the activities of the Maintenance department team** to meet deadlines and quality standards. * Coordinate and **supervise the procurement of equipment** (required materials and equipment). You will coordinate and lead your team, **ensuring proper task execution** and compliance with company procedures and policies. * **Collaborate closely with other departments**, partner companies, contracts and purchasing to achieve common goals. * **You will report monthly to the CEO** on the status of the maintenance area nationwide, optimizing resources against set objectives, optimizing contracts and proposing continuous improvements. **This job is ideal for you if you have:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering (Technical or Higher), Industrial Organization, Technical Architecture or similar. * At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within retail companies and multi-site environments. * Availability to travel. * Residence in, or willingness to relocate to, Malaga. * Analytical mindset, ability to contribute ideas, technical knowledge and understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
