We are currently seeking an **Emergency and Endoscopy Supervisor** to work at HM **Santiago de Compostela** in Galicia. Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the daily clinical activities of nursing teams, assistants, and orderlies * Organize and optimize human resources (shifts, coverage, reinforcements, etc.) * Ensure proper compliance with quality and safety standards for patients and their families, promoting best practices and areas for improvement across different departments.
