We believe in internal training and the development of our employees. **Your responsibilities:** * Sales and customer loyalty. * Organization of the sales floor and fitting rooms. * Support in periodic inventory tasks. **Requirements:** * Motivation for the retail sector (footwear). * Availability to work full-time on-site. * No prior experience in this position is required. **What we offer:** * Training contract from 15 June to 15 September, with option to convert to a permanent contract. * Adaptable duration (from 3 months up to 2 years). * Salary regulated by the retail collective agreement. **Requirements:** --------------- **Conditions:** * Alternating training contract, on-site and full-time. * Minimum duration is 3 months, extendable up to a maximum of 2 years, with possibility of conversion to a permanent contract at any time. * This contract allows you to work and train simultaneously. You will receive a salary from day one and, upon completion, obtain an official qualification certificate. * Your working schedule is divided between effective working time at the company and time dedicated to online theoretical training: * First year: You will spend up to 65% of your maximum working hours on actual work. The remaining time is allocated to online training. * Second year: Working time increases to up to 85%. * Your remuneration will be proportional to the time you actually work. According to the law: * First year: You will earn at least 65% of the salary established in the collective agreement for your professional category. * Second year: You will earn at least 85%. * In any case, your salary will never be less than the Interprofessional Minimum Wage (SMI) proportionally adjusted to hours worked.
