Job Description A leading company in the construction and engineering sector is looking to hire a Civil Works Site Manager for its projects in the province of Seville. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and technically and economically controlling assigned projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and budget. Main Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise execution of assigned civil works. * Manage work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Monitor project quality, timelines, and costs. * Prepare certifications, measurements, and construction progress reports. * Coordinate with technical management, clients, and the technical office. * Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Requirements * Academic Qualifications: o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience: o Minimum 4 years of demonstrable experience in managing and executing civil works. * Knowledge: o Cost control, construction planning, and contractor management. o Proficiency in project management tools and technical software (MS Project, AutoCAD, Presto, etc.). * Personal Competencies: o Leadership, organizational ability, results orientation, and communication skills. * Valid Class B driving license and willingness to travel.
