Job Summary: Industrial maintenance position in Salnés to ensure production continuity and efficiency, with a focus on hygiene, safety, material management, and resolution of line incidents. Resolving severe line blockages (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic) The role focuses on industrial maintenance tasks in the Salnés area, aimed at ensuring continuity and efficiency of production processes. Key responsibilities include collaborating with line operators and quality control teams during order changes, verifying hygiene points before line startup to comply with food safety and occupational safety regulations. Materials, equipment, and machinery must also be properly managed, including completing production reports and handling required documentation. Another important aspect involves supervising compliance with safety, health, environmental, and food hygiene standards, while maintaining order and cleanliness in the area. The incumbent must address colleagues’ questions, identify unsafe behaviors, and report serious irregularities. Additionally, they must verify that materials match the manufacturing order, manage order changes, and ensure process traceability. Proficiency in resolving severe line blockages is also required, with practical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, or mechatronics. The work pace is industrial, and reporting any incidents to the incoming shift is mandatory. A higher vocational training qualification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or robotics is preferred. This position operates within a manufacturing environment where prevention and resource optimization are critical. Mandatory education: higher vocational training degree in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, robotics, or related field. Forklift operator license is considered an advantage. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) from Monday to Friday.
