We are seeking to incorporate a **Training Technician** into our team to actively participate in the comprehensive management of training activities and in client relations. These will be your key responsibilities in this role: * Analyze and identify clients’ **training needs**, staying up-to-date on sector trends and innovations. * Design and implement **training programs**, defining objectives, methodologies, and required resources. * Evaluate the **impact of training** using performance indicators. * Review and manage available **FUNDAE training credits**. * Register and manage training activities in our **ERP**, **FUNDAE**, and **Virtual Campus**. * Participate in the **launch of training initiatives** and monitor their progress. * Manage online training: monitor learners, download content, and **issue and dispatch diplomas**. * Prepare and print **training and administrative documentation**. * Contribute to the **continuous improvement** of internal processes. #### **Your Profile** **Requirements:** * **Intermediate or Higher Vocational Qualification** in administrative management, training, or related fields. * **Prior experience** in a similar role within the training or consulting sector. * Knowledge of **subsidized training management (FUNDAE)**. * Proficiency in digital tools and training platforms. * Strong organizational, communication, and client-oriented skills. **We Offer:** * Integration into a **consolidated and growing company**. * A stable project with **opportunities for professional development**. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Ongoing training and participation in diverse projects. #### **Who We Are?** We are a company that, since 2003, has specialized in Consulting, Training, Employment, and Advanced Services for businesses.
