At IskayPet Group, we are seeking a Continuous Improvement & Process Technician who shares our purpose at our **MADRID OR MALAGA offices: the best for animals, the best for all.** **Requirements:** --------------- **Your responsibilities will include:** **Processes and Continuous Improvement** * Experience applying Process Management methodologies (BPM). * Process modeling and documentation using BPMN. * Defining the company’s key macro-processes, processes, and sub-processes, supporting the definition of controls and metrics that enhance process effectiveness. * Process audits; analysis of deviations and proposals for improvement. * Analysis and monitoring of process KPIs to evaluate performance and efficiency. * Advisory and/or support in implementing process digitalization tools. * Managing the identification of strategic or operational improvements and needs within the company. * Tracking implementation of improvement proposals/recommendations to business teams to streamline their processes (Action Plan Management). * Collaborating with the Risk department to jointly coordinate action plans. * Participating in training sessions on Process Improvement methodologies and tools. **Document Management Specialist** * Managing the company’s documentation in close collaboration with business teams for creation, maintenance, and disposal of documents. * Conducting interviews with business teams to document new processes. * Supporting the updating of existing procedures/processes and drafting new ones as needed—including narratives, flowcharts, and pictograms. * Supporting the definition of policies to ensure more efficient and effective operations, and advising on their drafting. * Conducting audits to verify compliance with company policies. **Projects** * Managing and tracking coordination of cross-functional and specific company projects. * Supporting preparation/updating of executive summaries and high-impact presentations for Committees, as required. **What values will you find at IskayPet Group?** **\#AuthenticPassion:** putting your heart into everything we do. **\#QualityCommitment:** relentlessly pursuing excellence in every detail. **\#RealConnection:** building genuine and meaningful relationships. **\#ConstantGrowth:** moving forward toward new challenges. **We are looking for someone with:** * Strong ability to contribute and generate new ideas that enrich and strengthen our culture.
