




Intervention Technician for the implementation of the **Integrated Projects Program for Labor Market Integration**, in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Order of 29 September 2023, as amended by the Order of 23 July 2025 (Official Gazette of Andalusia No. 144). **Mandatory Requirements** * **University degree** in Humanities and Social Sciences, including but not limited to: Psychology, Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Sociology, Political Science and Sociology, Labor Sciences, Social Education, Social Work, Labor Relations and Human Resources, Social Graduate, Law, Economics, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or Business Sciences. **Alternatively**, a minimum of **12 months’ experience** in the **Integrated Projects Program for Labor Market Integration**. * **Availability to work full-time**. * **Sufficient digital competencies** for project management and monitoring. **Desirable Requirements (will be valued)** * Experience working with **vulnerable groups**. * Experience in **career guidance, labor intermediation, or social work**. * Familiarity with the **STO management application**. * Ability to **coordinate activities, facilitate group dynamics, and work toward defined objectives**. * **Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle**. **Responsibilities** * Carry out **individual and group career guidance activities**, meeting the minimum hours stipulated by the program. * Design and implement **personalized labor market integration pathways**. * Deliver and/or coordinate **training activities** under the project, delivered in person and, where applicable, online. * Provide **employment support**, monitoring and assistance throughout the labor market integration process. * Manage the **registration, accreditation, and documentation** of participants and interventions, in compliance with requirements set forth by the Andalusian Employment Service (SAE) and the European Social Fund Plus (FSE+). * Coordinate actions with the **local business community** to facilitate hiring and monitor integration outcomes. * Participate in **information, publicity, and dissemination activities** related to the project. * Collaborate in preparing **technical reports, justifying documents, and evaluations**. * Other duties inherent to the position.
