We are seeking a Talent Specialist for immediate incorporation at our headquarters in Málaga’s Soho district. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and manage the company-wide recruitment, selection, and talent retention strategies. * Manage the onboarding process for new hires. * Conduct and execute exit interviews for employees leaving the company. * Participate in job fairs and strengthen relationships with recruitment partners and collaborators. * Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of talent area procedures and processes. * Assess staff training needs to support the annual group training plan. * Implement digital transformation initiatives for the employee experience and talent area processes. * Proficiency in Sistema Red, Contrat@, and SILTRA. **We Offer:** * Start Date: January 2026 * Contract Type: Temporary (maternity cover) * Full-time position. * Working Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8:00–14:00 and 15:00–17:00; Friday, 8:00–15:30. July and August: 8:00–15:00. **Requirements:** --------------- * University degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. * Advanced digital competencies. * Experience using talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS). * Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role. * Proactive, autonomous, and challenge-motivated individual with strong communication and team management skills.
