Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to prepare food product orders, ensuring quality and smooth operation of the area. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food product order preparation 2. Quality verification and incident management 3. Maintenance of tools and work areas A Barcelona-based food products company requires Picking Preparers. Due to the nature of the employment contract, candidates must be long-term unemployed individuals aged 30 or older, or unemployed individuals aged 45 or older. The selected candidate will carry out tasks related to preparing products required for customer orders. - Collect and gather all products required to fulfil customer orders. - Wash, peel, cut, and package products for orders. - Verify products regarding format, expiry date, and labelling to ensure compliance with Group quality standards. - Report detected product incidents for follow-up and tracking. - Assemble boxes containing orders for proper subsequent transport management. - Maintain tools and work areas in optimal condition to preserve quality. - Assume and carry out any tasks deemed necessary within the department to ensure smooth operation. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in similar roles is required. * Completion of Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) with official qualification * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: - Licence to operate electric pallet trucks. - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software + PDA use. - Autonomy and decision-making ability. - Communication and interpersonal skills. - Results orientation. - Quality orientation. - Planning and organisational skills. * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time position * Additional information: Working hours from 19:00 to 04:00. Two days off per week, one of which is rotating. Annual gross remuneration of €17,733 in 14 payments + night shift allowance.
