For a self-drive car rental company in Zaragoza, we are seeking a customer service representative. Main responsibilities include serving customers both in person and by telephone. You will be responsible for managing rental contracts, issuing invoices, and collecting payments from customers. You will also handle other administrative tasks inherent to the position, as well as vehicle handover and return. You must inspect and prepare vehicles, checking oil and water levels, and conduct vehicle condition assessments at the time of delivery. Requirements include completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO), prior experience in customer service, and basic computer skills. A valid Class B driver’s license with over one year of validity is mandatory. The position is located in Zaragoza.
