During your PDL training, you’ll learn not only the ins and outs of gross-to-net salary calculations, but also process payroll changes and expense claims. You’ll analyze and optimize the entire HR and Payroll process and actively contribute ideas alongside employers. Together with your team, you’ll ensure smooth payroll processing and keep your expertise up-to-date through technical discussions and by following developments in collective labor agreements (CAOs) and legislation and regulations.
