Position Summary: GUESS is seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Technician to implement safety policies, investigate incidents, foster a safety culture, and ensure regulatory compliance. The position is **100% remote from Spain**, with the option to work onsite (or hybrid) at our central Barcelona offices if preferred. ***Your Day-to-Day*** * Implementation of safety policies and procedures: Collaborate in developing and executing occupational health and safety policies and procedures within the company. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and promote best practices in occupational safety. * Incident investigation: Lead investigations of incidents and workplace accidents, analyzing root causes and proposing corrective actions. Record and report incidents promptly, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions. * Foster a safety culture and promote active employee participation in risk management. * Train and inform staff on prevention matters. * Regulatory compliance: Stay up to date on applicable occupational health and safety laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with regulatory bodies and internal and external audits, providing required information and documentation. * Continuous improvement: Participate in identifying opportunities to improve occupational health and safety programs.
