




Summary: We are seeking a proactive Junior Administrative Support staff member for a shared technical office, supporting two social and technological entities, participating in administrative management, executive assistance, and event organization. They have dedicated teams such as \#DataWomen and apply open data for social intervention, \#DataXSocial. Node of the Open Data Institute in Barcelona (ODI\-Barcelona). 2\.\- Dones en Xarxa, a feminist organization dedicated to promoting and defending women’s digital rights. You will be part of the shared administrative technical office. Main responsibilities Executive Assistant: Calendar management and support in institutional relations, client and collaborator engagement (documentation). Support in sales tasks (personalized emails, sales contact tracking, and preparation of proposals and budgets). Organization of activities and events targeting our community. Tasks of the shared Administrative Technical Office: Grant application submission and justification, including project drafting. Administrative management: invoice tracking, payments, collections, and coordination with external accounting services. Support in managing digital outreach and digital social innovation projects. * Experience: 1 year. This position is ideal for a proactive person with ease using digital technologies, motivated to work in an innovative, technological environment with social impact, and who has just completed or is about to complete their university studies. * Degree in Business Administration and Management / Business Sciences * Degree in Political Science and Public Administration * Degree in Sociology * Catalan (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Spanish (spoken Advanced, written Advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Any studies with administrative management knowledge. Academic and professional requirements: Final-year students or recent graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Entity Management, Public Management and Administration, Political Science, Sociology, or related fields. Any studies with administrative management knowledge. Basic administrative management knowledge (invoices, payroll, etc.). Proficiency in cloud-based digital tools (Google Workspace, email, Slack, etc.). Proficiency in Catalan. Required skills: Organizational ability and multitasking management. Proactivity and eagerness to learn in a digital environment. Ability to work autonomously and in teams. Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients and collaborators. Flexibility and adaptability to new digital tools and technologies. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1333' to '1400' * Other relevant information: Immediate start. Working hours: 40 hours/week (flexible schedule). Work modality: Predominantly remote work, approximately 20% on-site in Barcelona. Remuneration: According to the Administrative/Va collective agreement (full-time: €16,000 gross annual salary)
