Own the sales cycle from first contact through to deal closure DUTCH\-SPEAKING INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – TECHNOLOGY Malaga, Spain · Hybrid · Full\-time (39h/week) · Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 · Start: ASAP ABOUT THE ROLE As an Inside Sales Representative for a leading technology client, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, identify new sales opportunities, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach and consultative selling. Working in a hybrid setup in Malaga, you will be a key contributor to the Dutch\-speaking market expansion. RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and grow a portfolio of Dutch\-speaking accounts through regular outreach and relationship development * Identify upsell and cross\-sell opportunities within the existing client base * Execute outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, qualifying opportunities and presenting tailored solutions * Own the sales cycle from first contact through to deal closure * Meet and exceed individual sales targets and activity KPIs * Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date account records in the CRM system REQUIREMENTS * C2 level of Dutch and C1 level of English — written and spoken * Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or a quota\-carrying sales role * Comfortable with outbound prospecting and phone\-based selling * Goal\-oriented and resilient, with a consistent track record of hitting targets * Proficiency with CRM platforms * Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card) WHAT WE OFFER * Full\-time hybrid contract based in Malaga * Competitive salary \+ performance bonus * Relocation bonus for candidates moving to Malaga * Private medical insurance * Referral programme — earn up to €2,000 per successful referral * Ongoing training and clear career progression
