Collaborative team-based work environment **Description:** ---------------- At Talento, we are actively developing several R&D+i projects in the field of data analysis for process improvement, and we aim to welcome two Data Scientist profiles—one Senior and one Junior—to our team. You will work on international projects within a team based in Gijón, Asturias. Our projects are conducted in English with European partners and cover various topics, notably those related to industrial process improvement. Requirements: * Higher education degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or related fields * Advanced proficiency in Python programming * Experience handling unstructured data * Strong command of English, minimum level B2, C1 recommended * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team * Experience in R&D+i projects and in the industrial sector will be highly valued.
