Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the customer service team. * Ensure adherence to KPIs (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction). * Manage and escalate critical incidents. * Design and implement service process improvements. * Prepare performance reports and metric analysis. * Train and motivate the team to maintain high quality standards. * Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, IT). * Ensure compliance with customer service policies and protocols. Requirements * \+3 years of experience in customer service or support. * Experience leading service teams. * Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, or others). * Ability to analyze metrics and generate reports. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
