We seek organized, responsible individuals focused on delivering high-quality service, able to work effectively in a team, and accustomed to maintaining food hygiene and safety standards. Key responsibilities: * Preparation and production of cold and hot dishes. * Compliance with quality, hygiene, and perishable product storage protocols. * Organization and management of resources required for smooth section operations. * Monitoring and optimization of expenses and raw materials. * Stock maintenance and management, including inventory control and restocking needs. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, following established procedures. ### **Requirements** 1\. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a chef in catering environments. 2\. Knowledge of HACCP principles. 3\. Full and immediate availability. 4\. Own vehicle to commute to the workplace ### **Offer** * 35h/week. * Shifts and schedules to be defined. * Temporary contract. * Work location: Ferrol. * Salary according to the Catering Collective Agreement
