Job Summary: We are seeking a driver for textile collection and delivery, responsible for managing documentation and maintaining the vehicle, with a focus on efficiency and corporate image. Key Responsibilities: 1. Transportation and management of textiles between facilities and customers. 2. Handling of cargo and documentation, detailed control of goods. 3. Optimized driving and commitment to quality and safety. A driver is required for textile collection and delivery in Santiago de Compostela. The position involves transporting clothing—both clean and soiled—between facilities and customer sites such as hospitals or hotels. It will be necessary to handle cargo, including trolleys and sacks, and manage delivery-related documentation, ensuring the corresponding delivery notes are signed. Maintaining the vehicle in perfect condition regarding cleanliness and functionality is essential, and any incidents must be reported promptly. Detailed control of goods is required, including weighing collected clothing and verifying delivered clean clothing. Following specific instructions for shipment management and control is fundamental. Commitment to the company’s image and compliance with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety regulations are essential aspects of this role. Additionally, daily tasks include optimized driving, selecting the most efficient routes to minimize travel time and improve overall logistics for deliveries and collections. Responsibility in performing these duties will be highly valued. A valid Class C driving license, a Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP), and an active digital tachograph are mandatory.
