




We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for Human Resources to provide support in Zaragoza. Main responsibilities include assisting with personnel selection, such as posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, organizing interviews, and tracking candidates. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date HR databases, managing and updating documents on Corporate Activity Coordination (CAE) platforms, and preparing and monitoring documentation related to occupational risk prevention. The assistant will provide administrative support and assistance to employees on employment-related matters. Requirements include a medium-level vocational qualification in Administration and Management, one year of prior experience, and proficiency in office software, Canva, and digital HR and personnel management platforms. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with an annual gross salary of 16\.576 euros (SMI).
