Functions and responsibilities Full management of recruitment processes for technical profiles and mid-level management. Posting job offers on employment portals, business schools, and universities. Receiving CVs, conducting resume screening, and participating in data integration into the system. Making phone contacts and/or interviews with potential candidates. Profile assessment, personal interviews, etc. Preparation of reports. Support for other HR Consulting projects. Competencies Teamwork skills. Communication abilities. Planning and organizational skills. Multitasking. Resilience. Experience Previous experience required in Personnel Selection within an HR Department, Consulting, or Temporary Employment Agency. Education Bachelor's degree in HR / Labor Relations / Psychology. Master's in HR is a plus. Languages Advanced Spanish, Catalan, and English.
