Your main responsibilities will include: * Preparing key reports and performance indicators (KPIs) for business monitoring in Excel / Power BI. * Supporting documentation, license, budget, invoice, forecasting, and financial modeling management. * Collaborating with other departments (e.g., Construction, Design, Maintenance, Finance) by organizing data to assess the impact of decisions and projects. * Participating in the development and enhancement of the digital platform; analyzing and identifying procedural errors and proposing improvements. * Monitoring data quality and ensuring the platform accurately reflects each department’s processes and needs. **What will make you successful at Synergym? Key skills and experience:** * Academic background in finance, economics, business, or engineering. * 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment. * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis). * Power BI knowledge is a plus. * Initiative and proactive attitude. * Commitment, organizational ability, and teamwork skills.
