From **Winning Consulting** we are looking for a **Project Lead specialized in Transactional Banking**, for a project in the banking sector, with responsibilities for an international subsidiary. Hybrid work in Malaga. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Lead the execution of the **transactional banking project portfolio** for the international subsidiary, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. * Prepare **executive reports** and high-level presentations, particularly on topics related to **Cash Management, Payments, and Liquidity**. * Coordinate resources, budgets, and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. * Act as the main point of contact and escalation point in critical or urgent situations within the execution team. * Collaborate with business and technology teams to define requirements and resolve incidents. * Oversee project planning, risk management, and milestone compliance. * Ensure proper application of corporate and regulatory policies and procedures. ### **Requirements** * **7 to 10 years of experience in Transactional Banking or Corporate Banking**, leading complex projects or programs. * In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products, especially in **Cash Management, Payments, and Liquidity**. * **Fluent English** (spoken and written). * Experience in **executive reporting** to senior management. * Solid track record in **project, program, and budget management**. * Experience serving as a point of contact for **escalations and resolution of critical incidents**. * Familiarity with industry tools such as **Payments Hub, Equation, Confirming, LoanIQ, and Trade Innovation**. * Previous experience in large international banks and familiarity with policies and procedures of U.S. subsidiaries is desirable. ### **About Winning Consulting** At **Winning Consulting**, we support our clients in designing and implementing innovative and sustainable solutions in consulting, training, recruitment, and research.
