**FUNCTIONS:** * Supervision of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. * Monitoring of inspections and documentary management of occupational health and safety (OHS) for external companies, technicians, and machinery. * Preparation of technical-economic reports, development and improvement of CMMS, and analysis of opportunities to optimize processes. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** • Higher Technical Degree in Maintenance or Engineering; postgraduate qualifications are valued. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in positions of responsibility for industrial facilities, primarily industrial refrigeration using ammonia as the main refrigerant, medium- and low-voltage systems, air conditioning and ventilation, fire protection (detection and extinguishing), plumbing and sanitation, and lifting equipment. * Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams, especially Excel, CMMS, and AUTOCAD. * Ability to work effectively in a team. Strong planning and organizational skills. Highly resourceful individual. * Proactivity and flexibility regarding working hours—including split shifts—and availability outside standard working hours due to the nature of the role. * Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and willingness to be physically present at the Los Corrales and ALPA de Sámano power plants.
