




Job Summary: We are seeking an accounting administrator to handle the daily accounting operations of tourist accommodations, including invoicing, bank reconciliation, and administrative support. Coordination with suppliers, property owners, and internal team We are looking for an accounting administrator based in Llanes (Asturias). Main responsibilities will include daily accounting management for tourist accommodations. This covers recording and monitoring all income and expenses, as well as managing invoicing. The role also involves performing bank reconciliation and tracking outstanding receivables and payables. Preparing and reviewing accounting and financial reports will be part of the duties, along with providing support for general office administrative tasks. Coordination with suppliers, property owners, and the internal team is required, as well as maintaining rigorous control and archiving of all accounting documentation. Familiarity with digital tools and online platforms for management will be valued. Proficiency in the A3 accounting software is required, although it is not strictly mandatory if solid alternative accounting knowledge is demonstrated. Residency in Llanes or its surrounding areas is important. A permanent (indefinite) full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours to be agreed upon. The offered salary is €1400 gross per month.
