You will join our team and provide support in the following tasks: Answering telephone calls (screening calls before routing them to respective departments), as well as providing in-person assistance to visitors and staff coming to the office. Ensuring order and maintenance of office facilities. Managing the HR email inbox (handling internal requests and notifications). Sending invoices to clients in the Industry division via email. Managing travel bookings for permanent staff. Tracking and requesting invoices for managed trips. Tracking and downloading invoices for burofax shipments. Placing orders for the Industry division (uniforms and PPE), as well as office supplies and consumables.
