




Job Summary: We are seeking a multifunctional candidate for a reception and administrative position, involving customer service, reservation management, and general team support. General team support and back-office tasks We are looking for a candidate for a reception and administrative role with multifunctional responsibilities. Key duties include serving customers both in person at the front desk and via telephone and email. The candidate will also manage reservations and ensure smooth communication across departments to meet each customer’s needs. The position also involves performing check-in procedures, carrying out back-office tasks, and providing general support to other team members in various activities. Candidates must be proactive, capable of autonomous organization, skilled in teamwork, highly customer-oriented, and proficient in office software such as Excel and Word. Residency in the province of Salou is mandatory. A high level of French and English is required; knowledge of other languages such as German or Dutch is considered an advantage. A language proficiency test will be conducted. The contract will be temporary, full-time, with an annual gross salary between 18.000 € and 19.000 €.
