Main responsibilities will include attending to customers both by telephone and in person, managing reservations, and resolving any incidents that arise. They will also handle guest check-in and check-out procedures and advise guests on available services. Active collaboration with other staff members is essential. For this position, an intermediate level of English and experience using the Fortune software program are required. Additionally, candidates must have their own vehicle to commute to the workplace. Previous experience in similar roles is not mandatory but will be viewed favorably. A fixed-term discontinuous contract with full-time hours and rotating shifts is offered. Salary and employment conditions will comply with the Hospitality Industry Collective Agreement.
