As the face of our establishment during nighttime hours, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining smooth operations. **Your responsibilities:** * **Daily review and closing:** The Night Auditor reviews all daily transactions, including reservations, payments, additional charges, and guest departures. Ensures all information is accurate and complete in the hotel management systems. * **Account reconciliation:** Verifies that daily financial records match cash, card, and other payment method movements to detect potential errors or inconsistencies. * **Closing report preparation:** Prepares detailed reports summarizing daily operations, including occupancy, revenue, expenses, and any relevant incidents. * **Reservation and arrival management:** Although guest arrivals may be fewer at night, the Night Auditor may also handle reservations, room assignments, and special requests or emergencies. * **Customer service and security:** Provides assistance to guests arriving or calling during the night, responds to their requests, and maintains hotel security.
