Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage. * **Coaching and Development:** Ability to monitor team performance and foster continuous development. * **Proactivity and Resilience:** Entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving capability, and adaptability to constantly changing environments.
