We are seeking a Fresh Product Receiving Coordinator to ensure the correct and timely entry of products into the warehouse, thereby ensuring the commencement of the warehouse picking process, meeting the quality standards required by the Ametller Group and within established deadlines. **How will you do it?** * You will assign and determine weekly schedules and vacation calendars for the team to ensure smooth warehouse operations, taking workload forecasts into account. * You will distribute team tasks according to priorities and workload, and supervise their progress to ensure completion within required deadlines and specifications. * You will coordinate product intake and storage location based on box type to facilitate pallet formation during picking. * You will coordinate AOO order flows to prevent overstocking, shrinkage, or product shortages. * You will verify warehouse stock to record product movements (receipts and shipments) and always know the quantities and locations of each stored product. * You will ensure the correct and timely entry of products into the warehouse to guarantee the commencement of the warehouse picking process, meeting the quality standards required by the Ametller Group and within established deadlines. * You will coordinate the receiving process at the platform and jointly establish improvement criteria with the Platform Procurement Department. * You will place orders for warehouse consumables (paper, film, labels, etc.) to maintain optimal stock levels for performing warehouse tasks. * You will prepare reports on surplus product indicators so the Purchasing Department can urgently find outlets before products deteriorate. * You will ensure warehouse work areas—including machinery and tools—are maintained in optimal condition (cleanliness, hygiene, order, etc.) to preserve the space under established standards. * You will perform weekly inventories of warehouse equipment (PDAs and electric pallet trucks) and report any maintenance issues identified for resolution. * You will communicate necessary information to the next shift and personnel incidents to the warehouse manager to ensure smooth operations and enable joint decision-making. * You will be responsible for the selection, onboarding, integration, training, development, and follow-up of team members to ensure achievement, commitment, and growth within the company. **What do we expect from you?** * Education in logistics or related field. * Valid forklift operator license. * Driver’s license. * 3–5 years of experience in related functions. * Leadership and team management skills. **What do we offer?** * Join a leading sector company with a unique and differentiated business model, currently undergoing strong growth and expansion. * Be part of a young, dynamic, and innovative team in a stimulating work environment with responsible autonomy. * Compensation based on experience and value contributed. * Permanent contract. * Immediate start. * Full-time position. * Workplace: Zona Franca. *Do you want to join our team?*
