We seek an experienced professional to lead people-focused projects, providing close and strategic support that enables anticipation of needs, transformation of challenges into sustainable opportunities, and delivery of real value to organizations across various sectors and sizes. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY LOOK LIKE?** **Design, plan, execute, and drive consulting projects**: * You will contribute to designing consulting proposals by leveraging your technical expertise and client knowledge, and participate in their presentation and defense when appropriate. * You will execute and manage projects with the client at the center—through active listening and close support—guiding decisions toward real impact and value generated within the organization. * You will participate in and lead diverse people\-focused projects: recruitment, culture, training, communication, total rewards, etc. * You will plan and organize your work within assigned projects, adhering to defined timelines and coordinating with the area manager and other consultants when projects are conducted jointly. **Provide close support to client companies**: * You will maintain active listening and remain closely engaged with client companies to ensure their needs are met. * You will identify situations requiring immediate attention and act preventively to avoid negative impacts on project execution. * You will foster ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention. ### **MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Psychology, Sociology, Law, or related field. * Advanced complementary education in the people domain. * Over 4 years’ experience in people consulting and/or working in a corporate people department. * Applied digital competence: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle. **Preferred qualifications:** * Proficiency in spoken and written Basque (Euskera) ### **WHY JOIN US?** **What do we offer?** **Flexibility:** Flexibility is one of GRUPO GISMA’s core characteristics.
