




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to support basic accounting tasks, invoice management, bank reconciliation, and telephone reception, requiring organizational skills and the ability to handle daily administrative responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in daily administrative and accounting tasks 2. Management of issued and received invoices 3. Bank account reconciliation and telephone reception We are looking for a person to support clients’ administrative tasks. Main duties will include basic accounting entries, such as managing issued and received invoices, and bank account reconciliation. The role also involves handling incoming telephone calls. This is a temporary full-time position. The annual gross salary will range between 16.843 € and 20.000 €. This position requires an organized individual capable of performing various daily administrative and accounting tasks in Illescas.
