Immediate incorporation We are looking for an Administrative Assistant with proven experience in comprehensive administrative management, especially in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), invoicing, and accounting, to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring the proper functioning of the company’s internal processes. Main Responsibilities: - Document management and control related to Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) - Coordination with external prevention services - Control of worker documentation and CAE platforms - Issuing, registering, and tracking invoices - Managing collections and payments - Support in general accounting (journal entries, bank reconciliations, expense control) - Document archiving and management - Telephone assistance and general administrative support Requirements: - Education in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or related field - Specific training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) (desirable) - Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar position - Knowledge of accounting and invoicing - Proficiency in accounting management software - Intermediate/advanced level of Excel - Organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a team; punctual and reliable in attendance.
