We firmly believe in the importance of a safe and healthy workplace, and thus, our Occupational Risk Prevention Department plays a fundamental role in our operations. ### **What will you do on a daily basis?** As an Administrative Staff Member for Occupational Risk Prevention, your main responsibilities will include: * **Coordination of Activities across Group Valtalia’s Work Centers:** You will serve as the administrative liaison to ensure that activities at work centers are carried out under the highest safety standards. This entails smooth communication and rigorous document management. * **Archiving of records and documentation:** You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing the **archive** of all **records** generated by Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) technicians, as well as documentation related to external training. Meticulous management of the **archive** and **records** is essential to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance. * **Management of medical examinations:** You will coordinate and monitor periodic and specific **medical examinations** for our staff, ensuring all procedures are conducted timely and correctly. * **Archiving and preparation of invoices:** You will handle the **archiving** and preparation for signature of invoices corresponding to External Prevention Services (EPS), Personal Protective Equipment (**PPE**), and safety clothing received by the Occupational Risk Prevention Department.
