We are hiring Transfer Agent to support our clients in Benidorm, who will work during all year around. As a Transfer Agent you will be responsible to manage and control transfer routes, have a close relationship with TTOO to ensure the best quality of service and manage incidents. If you enjoy optimizing the grouping for a transfer and designing the best transfer route is like a game for you, we are waiting to meet you. **The main responsibilities will be**: * Management and control of transfer services in Costa Blanca. * Communication with providers, hoteliers and TTOO. * Management of claims and incidents. * Coordination with other internal departments to ensure the quality of service. * Be involved in the planification of the transfer routes. * Working Days: Tuesday to Saturday. * Emergency phone: answer our emergency phone on specific dates during the season. **Requirements:** * 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Advanced level of Spanish and English, other languages are a plus. * Able to work properly with IT Systems and adapt quickly to our in\-house operational systems. * Studies of Tourism or related fields.
