The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with strategic thinking, leading forecasting, planning, and insights generation to support data\-driven decision\-making across the organization. This role requires both hands\-on capabilities and leadership skills to manage and develop a team. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead **forecasting and planning** processes to support business objectives. * Oversee **data and ETL management**, ensuring the quality, integrity, and availability of datasets. * **Design, build, and maintain dashboards** in Tableau to enable effective data visualization and reporting. * **Develop and update SQL logic** to support data pipelines, analyses, and reporting needs. * Conduct in\-depth **analysis and deliver actionable insights** to stakeholders across different business units. * Collaborate cross\-functionally, acting as a **team player** to drive alignment and shared goals. * Provide **team management and mentorship**, fostering growth and ensuring delivery of high\-quality outputs. \#LI\-DNI **Qualifications** * Proven experience in forecasting, planning, and data analysis. * Strong knowledge of SQL and ETL processes. * Hands\-on experience building dashboards in Tableau (or similar BI tools). * Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. * Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. * Experience managing teams in fast\-paced environments.
