Reporting directly to Caser Cuidados Coordination, your mission will be to provide direct user support in performing daily living activities requiring assistance, according to their dependency level, as well as personal care and environmental support. Key responsibilities include: * Personal care (personal hygiene and cleansing, basic care for incontinent users). * Home-based care (general household maintenance with dependent users, support in food preparation). * Family and environmental support (accompaniment, handling and accompanying external errands, stimulation and promotion of healthy habits and leisure activities). * **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Immediate incorporation. * Working hours: Monday–Friday morning/afternoon, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Possession of one of the following qualifications: * Higher Vocational Training Cycle (FPGS) in Nursing Care Assistance (formerly Clinical Auxiliary Technician, Psychiatric Auxiliary Technician or Nursing Auxiliary Technician) * Higher Vocational Training Cycle (FPGS) in Care for Dependent Persons (formerly Social-Healthcare Technician) * Professional Certification in Social-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions * Professional Certification in Social-Healthcare for Dependent Persons at Home (formerly Professional Certification for the occupation of Home Care Assistant) **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Availability for immediate incorporation. * Specific training in geriatrics. * Prior experience in a similar position. * Having a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle is highly desirable.
